Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance plans are honored. Your claims will be filed by NHCHC. There is no deductible for Medicaid patients.

If you have no insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare, you may apply for our sliding fee discount for services. To apply for this discount, a proof of income is required in one of the following forms:
