Hours

Monday Through Friday:	8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday:	9:00 a.m. - 12 Noon

Appointments

Same day appointments and walk-ins are welcome. Medical providers are available to established patients for emergency telephone consultation after hours and weekends. When registering as a new patient, please arrive 30 minutes early and bring insurance cards, Medicaid or Medicare cards, or proof of income documents.
